AniRail プライバシーポリシー

AniRail (以下「本アプリ」) は、ユーザのプライバシーを尊重し、必要最小限のデータ取扱いを前提に設計されています。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱うデータの種類・利用目的・第三者送信について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報をユーザの iPhone 端末内に保存します。

• ユーザがライブラリに登録したアニメ作品の一覧 (タイトル、メタデータ、サムネイル等)
• 視聴ステータス (見たい / 視聴中 / 完了 / お気に入り)
• 視聴進捗 (視聴済みエピソード番号、評価、メモ)
• ユーザが選択した設定値 (テーマ、デフォルトタブ、ソート順 等)

本アプリは、氏名・連絡先・位置情報・端末識別子 (IDFA / IDFV)・広告 ID 等の個人を直接識別する情報を一切収集しません。

2. データの保管場所

• すべてのデータは、ユーザの iPhone 端末ローカルストレージに保存されます。
• ユーザが iCloud 同期を有効化している場合に限り、Apple の iCloud / CloudKit 経由でユーザ自身の iCloud アカウントの Private Database に保存・同期されます。AniRail 開発者は CloudKit Private Database の内容を閲覧できません。
• iCloud 同期は、設定画面でいつでも無効化できます。

3. 第三者への送信

本アプリは、作品のメタデータ (タイトル・あらすじ・放送スケジュール・スタッフ情報等) を取得するため、以下の外部サービスにクエリを送信します。送信される内容は、ユーザが操作した作品の検索クエリ・ID のみで、個人を識別する情報は含まれません。

4. 解析・トラッキング

本アプリは、利用解析ツール (Google Analytics / Firebase 等) 、広告配信、リターゲティング、クラッシュレポート収集サービス、その他あらゆるサードパーティトラッキング技術を**一切使用しません**。App Tracking Transparency (ATT) ダイアログの表示も不要です。

5. データの開示・削除

• 本アプリは、ユーザの端末内データを開発者へ送信する仕組みを持たないため、開発者からユーザの利用データを開示することはありません。
• iPhone の「設定 → 一般 → iPhone ストレージ → AniRail → App を削除」でアプリと共にすべてのローカルデータを削除できます。
• iCloud 同期を有効化していた場合は、Apple の標準手順 (「設定 → Apple ID → iCloud → ストレージを管理 → AniRail」) で iCloud 上のデータも削除できます。

6. 子どもの利用について

本アプリの利用に年齢制限はありません。本アプリはユーザの個人情報を一切収集しないため、子どもの個人情報を扱うこともありません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能追加・法令変更等に応じて改訂されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合、本アプリ内の「設定」画面または本ページで告知します。

AniRail Privacy Policy

AniRail ("the App") respects user privacy and is designed around minimal-data principles. This policy describes the types of data the App handles, how it is used, and which third parties it communicates with.

1. Information We Collect

The App stores the following information locally on your iPhone:

• List of anime works you add to your library (titles, metadata, thumbnails)
• Watch status (Want to Watch / Watching / Completed / Favorite)
• Watch progress (episode counts, ratings, memos)
• User preferences (theme, default tab, sort order, etc.)

The App does not collect personally identifying information such as your name, contact details, location, device identifiers (IDFA / IDFV), or advertising IDs.

2. Data Storage

• All data is stored in local storage on your iPhone.
• If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored and synchronized to your own iCloud account's Private Database via Apple's iCloud / CloudKit. The AniRail developer cannot read the contents of your CloudKit Private Database.
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the Settings screen.

3. Third-Party Services

The App queries the following external services to fetch anime metadata (titles, synopses, broadcast schedules, staff info, etc.). The transmitted data consists only of search queries / IDs based on works you interact with, and does not include any personally identifying information.

4. Analytics and Tracking

The App does not use any analytics tools (Google Analytics / Firebase, etc.), advertising, retargeting, crash reporting, or any other third-party tracking technology. No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog is required.

5. Data Disclosure and Deletion

• The App has no mechanism to transmit your on-device data to the developer; therefore the developer cannot disclose your usage data.
• You can delete the App and all its local data via Settings → General → iPhone Storage → AniRail → Delete App.
• If you had iCloud sync enabled, you can delete the iCloud copy via Settings → [Apple ID] → iCloud → Manage Storage → AniRail.

6. Children

The App has no age restriction. Because the App does not collect any personal information, it does not handle personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect feature changes or legal requirements. Significant changes will be announced in the App's Settings screen or on this page.
